"I've stayed at this hotel several times and its a mixed bag. I've had hosue keeping walk in on me with no announcement on a previous visit. The problem with my most recent stay was that I was asleep when people in the next room arrived and were so loud i went downstairs to be moved. The clerk responded by giving me a room next to the laundry room, which I found unacceptable. That resulted in another trip downstairs to finally get the final room. This resulted in a downgrade from 1 king to 2...

"Everything was great with the room. We had an incident where the elevator stopped working with one member of our party in it. At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again."
