"We got upgraded to the new Legend Sealife ship. Beautiful big room with breathtaking view. Service staff & ops manager always cheerful and try their best to please customers. "We did the 2 night cruise and were glad we did, on the second day we transferred to a smaller boat with a smaller number of people (about 15) and spent the day in Ha Long Bay, we seemed to leave all the tourist behind and it was idyllic. "the staff was nice enough. the stay was far from luxurious. paying that amount of money for a room and being charged a ridiculous amount for watered down alcohol not to mention so much as a free water or soft drink i understand that is out of the staffs control. being fed reheated pasta and rice ,paper thin sliced chicken with mustard, bland barely warm fish. it was a pathetic experience for the price. again mostly out of the control of the staff. simply would not recommend."
