"2nd time staying at this resort and same as last year, it was incredible! Staff, suits, food, THE VIEW, amazing pool and everything else you can think of was on point. Ill be visiting again no doubt. They are adding a nice gym there so this property will be even better next time. "We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady...
