Beautiful, well-executed concept. Everything looking out over the sea. The weather dropped a bit and we were a little confined but the restaurant had enough to keep us fed and happy and the rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Secret beach is at the bottom of the road and the hotel will do drop-offs on a little golf cart for no charge. Recommended. We had a weekend booked and extended by a day. Probably a bit limiting in terms of locale for more than a few days, but lovely for a long weekend. We...

Lovely modern room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Had view of pool and sea. Stayed in 6 hotels whilst in Thailand on this trip (all 4*) and this was the best by far....very friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Great choices for lunch and dinner. Had happy hours throughout the day which we took advantage of....highly recommend.

A great place to stay. The host was really helpful in arranging transport to and from the hotel. I highly recommend a stay.

Stayed here for 8 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for getting away from it all as very secluded but also has the option of a small village within a 10 minute walk should you wish to venture out. Facilities are excellent, clean and well maintained. What really makes this such a great place is the staff, they simply can't do enough to help and make you feel very welcome and special

There is nothing that I can fault this hotel for. I had a wonderful stay here. What an excellent price I got also. I was also lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe cottage. A marvelous hotel. The best choice hotel in this area. The swimming pool was just amazing. The breakfasts did not lack for anything. The service was great. I loved this hotel. What a wonderful restaurant with spectacular views. The staff go out of their way to please. This is a nice area if you want a break but something...

Location is unbeatable

Great place to stay very clean, we stayed here for a week and it was very worth it

Fabulous hotel with great rooms, staff and facilities. Infinity pool on the beach was great and the films on the beach event better - they even had a 'love' sign in letters!! Room was huge and nicely done. Breakfast selection was good. Koh Phangan is quite spread out so whilst you needed Taxi's everywhere, it was 100 baht each person. I wouldn't say the hotel is cut off though. Hotel helped us do day trips and ferry transfers. Fisherman's, ODT and Santorini restaurant at sunrise beach were all...

Very beautiful, amazing hotel. The lication and the Beach is perfact, the pool in the room, the Food, the hotel pool, the staff, everything is just very nice and warm, like in a moovie or in a very good dream.

Beautiful location with wonderful, friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. The spa and spa staff are amazing!!! Can’t recommend it enough. The only downside to this hotel is the hygiene and slightly dated pool surroundings. The hygiene around the breakfast buffet area could be a lot better, ie, food covered up to prevent the horrendous amount of flies going on food and plates, really was off putting. Could be managed better to prevent illness. Overall wonderful stay.

Staff couldn’t do enough for you - the rooms are large. The air con could do with a bit of an update as not as cool as it could be but not uncomfortable. Fresh towels every day, staff couldn’t do enough for you, big shout out to San Oo and Hugo who looked after me and my husband so well. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s a great hotel with everything you need and the restaurant food is also so tasty.

I had a great stay at this Hotel, Location was ideal, Lovely staff, very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.

I found Milky Bay Resort purely from reading the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The hotel staff welcomed me with open arms from the moment I arrived and made me feel special and relaxed and were so polite and courteous throughout my stay. The hotel is situated right on the beach in a beautiful & tranquil setting and the views of the ocean and surrounding islands are amazing. I booked a superior room and each morning sat on my terrace/balcony and just gazed at the beach and ocean which...

I started to think I had booked the wrong resort when I looked into the reviews…..I was very wrong! The hotel was lovely, one of our favourites we stayed in during our Thailand trip. The room was huge, the bathroom was big with hot water. The staff were so helpful at the desk and sorted our air con issue (wasn’t that cold) within about 10mins. We had a sea view from our balcony which was lovely. The restaurant was also great, well priced and we all enjoyed each meal we had! Also there is a tops...

What a little gem this boutique hotel turned out to be!! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like I was a VIP guest. The staff were so lovely and very quickly became my friends, particularly Kurgze on reception who was super friendly and efficient..nothing was to much trouble! The hotel was clean and just beautiful! They had some renovation work going on but it didn’t disturb me much and they were very attentive to check that it didn’t. The hotel location is a little remote but if...

Not a bad word to say! The best hotel on the island? Pool, beach, staff, food, room - flawless.

We stayed for 11 days in a sea view villa April 2016 for my sons wedding . Really good hotel, facilities and grounds are very well thought out and the staff were always very welcoming, with excellent service. Very relaxing place to be and they make it easy, helped by spacious layout of things like sunbeds and the large very nice pool facilities and beach facilities/ activiites. Very good standard of food in 2 restaurants (not cheap though) and we looked forward to their comprehensive breakfast...

Everything was excellent especially compared to other hotels that we tried out. Nice quiet area, really lovely pool with a great view, lovely staff, clean rooms, rooms are very comfortable and cosy. The restaurant food was really good too. The only downer was that you would get overcharged for taxis or even bike rentals. If you book a taxi to one place for 2 people in a car that may be 10mins away, you get charged 400 baht which is just under £8. If you book the same exact car to the same...
