"At a glance the hotel looked lovely and even though there was a queue, the check in process was smooth. Upon entering the bedroom there was stained carpets and a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. There was what looked like ketchup smeared above the mirror in the bedroom and stains in the carpet and the television did not work. "地域的に安価な宿泊代にも関わらず、清潔さ、スタッフ対応、朝食の質などすべて満足のいくものでした。空港近くという立地であるため利便性を心配していましたが、今回訪れたアムステルダム、ユトレヒト、ハーグの中央に位置する場所であったため、かえって観光しやすい場所であったようにも思います。ホテル周辺に店はありませんが、空港のスーパーマーケットで買い物して、シャトルバスで移動できるので、不便さはありませんでした。アムステルダム市街地よりも静穏で、治安も悪くないように感じました。"

"Wir waren zu einem Kurztrip an die See, und unglücklicherweise in Haarlem direkt nichts mehr bekommen. Wir haben das OZO Hotel spontan wegen des günstigen Preises und der kostenfreien Parkplatz Option gebucht. Und die Entscheidung war goldrichtig: tolles geräumiges Zimmer, super gut klimatisiert & isoliert (trotz Flughafennähe), ein hervorragend sauberes Zimmer und wirklich gute Betten. Alles in allem, - wir waren für die Notlösung außerhalb von Haarlem begeistert"

"Clean and spacious room. The mattresses are okay. Room-reception distance is pretty far and no help with the luggage or when they forget to put the amenities; you have to get it yourself. There is a shuttle service 3x in 2 hours. Good restaurant in the hotel."

"Totally inconsistent management. Checking in, the manager was courteous and extremely helpful. However, by the evening shift I stumbled on the judgemental, self righteous, 'I only assist those that look like me!', manageress from privilege palace. Simple requests for the WiFi password, or where to dispose of dirty towels were met with a side eye honed in delusions of entitlement. Pretty please, with bells on - money, and good service shouldn't have a colour!"

"I liked the option of drink vouchers if we pass on room cleaning. Location was great! We arrived later in the evening for dinner having been out all day and were able to enjoy a late meal on the patio."
