A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. "We got to the property and did not have the upgraded rooms. Apparently they don’t read their emails or bookings from Expedia. We had to scramble to get just regular rooms. The actual rooms hardly anything worked including the locks, the safe, the bathtub did not work properly. It was quite a disappointment. Considering we thought we were getting an upgraded experience. I would not go there again. "
