"We had a wonderful stay with my family and my parents, the hotel is incredibly well located, and the stuff is super knowledgeable and incredibly polite. We had a wonderful day. I recommend this hotel for anybody that wants to visit the wonderful area of Puno, by the way, the sunrise is in this hotel are the best in the area."
"We had to beg to have the room cleaned daily and to have towels and toilet paper. They looked offended we asked. They came once to clean the room and we were taking a late afternoon nap. The came in without knocking at the door… Don’t take a bath the water smells like sulfur or rotten eggs. If you take shower, be aware your TP is going to be soaking wet and that the whole floor is going to be wet also. The soap / shampoo distributors are not in the shower, but 5 ft away! We were sold a room with vista and we got no vista, just a tiny balcony with a 6ft wall as a guard rail. The lobby constantly smelled like ammonia. At 5 am they start the preparing the breakfast buffet on the 10th floor. Guess what? We could hear the noise (and the music) from our room which was on the 4th floor! Tables, plates and utensils were dirty every morning. We were supposed to have 2 complimentary water bottles in the room and … well there was none. The receptionist was almost offended we asked for them. This is a 4 star hotel in name only. Only “deserve” 1 star. Stay away from this place."
"Nice older hotel . Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Staff was nice and we booked the triple room and that was nice and big. With street view"
"Average really. The hotel's main draw is that it's situated within the main square. I asked for laundry service and this was very expensive. 3 t-shirts, a cargo pant, few underwear and a lightweight jacket came to around 12 USD in the end. They even called my room asking for more money because the jacket was cleaned differently apparently. Breakfast was decent. The room looked dated and need of modernization."
"incredible experience, the room is so beautiful. we were very grateful to our host and his family for their time and their wonderful support. meals were delicious and they catered so so well to our last minute request for vegetarian meals. 100% perfect all around, so recommended!!"
"Great location for Candelaria festivity. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of choices offered at breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants. I also truly appreciated the staff, who were very attentive to all of our questions."
