"The hotel was close to the airport. This was good. They didn't have our reservation and said that they never worked with Expedia. It was not something nice to hear in the middle of night after we arrived to Kayseri. And I don't know who's fault it is - the hotel's or Expedia's."

"Zumrut is just a stone throw away from the main slope and gondler. They have their own ski equipment shop at the main gate. Food wise is a bit limited but adequate. The staff are really friendly and helpful and our rooms where clean. In terms of facilities there isn't much and the hotel isn't in the same class as others along this strip, but it is excellent value for money. "
