"Booked with them back in February. Blizzard happened, airport was shut down so my whole trip ended up getting canceled. They refused to give me a refund and told me to dispute it with my bank as it was an emergency weather shut down. My dispute got denied. Than I was just charged a second time. "You get what you pay for. Nice place to sleep and shower before heading out. Wifi is nice and reliable. We book the bunk beds and the frame we nice sturdy, no sounds coming out.
