Diese sind mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet worden, haben leider ein ziemlich veraltetes Badezimmer und verfügen auch weder über einen Tresor, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher oder sonst irgendeine Annehmlichkeit. "Der Ferienpark ist super gepflegt, es gibt viele Spielplätze und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Personal auf dem gesamten Gelände ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und wurde den Möglichkeiten entsprechend gereinigt. Allerdings bemerkt man schnell, dass hier schon viele Familien mit Kindern Urlaub gemacht haben: Flecken und Macken an den Tapeten und auf den Teppichböden im Wohn- und Schlafbereich.
