"Every member of staff we interacted with was helpful and courteous . Big shout out to the night porter particularly who helped us when our pre booked taxi was a no show . Nice hotel well located for the metro and buses . Room was clean and quiet . Only gripe would be shower over bath which seemed designed to put water everywhere . Breakfast was good if a little chaotic due to volume of people in small space"

Nice big room...no issues with the room other than the black dark night time routine - no window which we new about in advance!! Friendly helpful staff who gave us some very useful information on transport, sights etc. Breakfast was superb, plentiful no issues. Nice stay...thank you"

The rooftop bar is quite popular and the terrace is an added bonus. Breakfast is sufficient. Heated bathroom floor is quite comforting. Could do with slightly firmer mattresses but that is a matter of preference. Overall greatly recommend."
