"This hotel is in a fantastic location in Brighton. Excellent customer service as soon as you arrive, staff always helpful and polite. We upgraded to the deluxe room which was very spacious and clean. The bistro was delicious and Mohammed was attentive throughout the service. The bar staff were always polite. There are no lifts in the hotel."

The curtains were hanging off, the bathroom was filthy and toilet seat broken,didnt take socks off as carpet disgusting ( take slippers/flip flops) We only booked for 1 night as a base so only slept there, was a good locstion but in desperste need of a good cleaner and some TLC"

"What a great location for the pier, beach and the lanes. Walkable from the train station to get your bearings. I did feel the pool tiles were slippery under foot when wet so had to walk very slowly. Pool and showers where great and the Welsh chap on gym was very friendly and helpful. The lounge had awesome views which we used several times while staying. Our double king size room was great for my friend and myself. Thanks"
