"The hosts were very flexible and helpful. We had a family room with two double beds (separate mattresses with automatic adjustments) and a sofa bed. There was a wall mounted TV and a fridge (hidden away in a closet). The bathroom was excellent, with a large walk-in shower with rain and flexible options. "Four nights here - and loved it. It is beautifully quiet, the room was lovely and the pool beautiful with a great view. Christine (the owner) could not have been more helpful, she was genuinely concerned about making sure everything was OK and you were having a good time - which I was! Had dinner there on 2 nights, really nice with wonderful view. Thank you Christine - love your place - I hope I will be back next year!"

"Lovely 16C old house in the centre of Saintes bags of character and very friendly, informative hosts. A little rickety due to its age but this just adds to the charm. Bottom line is that we would be happy to visit again."
