"The towels were yellow and some had black stains on them. The hotel stated there were Keurigs in the rooms but when we got there they said they’d all been taken out of the rooms but you could request one. Of course it didn’t work so no coffee until I got showered and ready to go down to the lobby. "

"You can tell from the moment you walk on that it's not kept up well. Hallways with visible debris, elevator floor with debris, pool area floor with visible dirt and hair chunks - non working jets in hot tub. First room we checked into, checked mattress - mattress pack had multiple stains and loose little pebbles/rocks on top, under sheets. Changed rooms - bedding was good - but floors were sticky. Overall, wouldn't recommend."

"There were several signs of age in the room and throughout the hotel. Cracked drywall, poorly fixed drywall holes. Carpet had holes in it. "Pool was freezing. Hot tub shut down for “maintenance”.
