"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"

"For this property, excellent does not do it justice. This hotel, from top to bottom, has everything a visitor would need. The amenities and cleanliness were above and beyond. Please be sure you bring your swimsuit as this property has a spa-like pool and hot tub. The restaurant and bar - chefs kiss! The waiters address you by your first name and treat you like family. I travel quite a bit for work and this is one of the best properties I've ever stayed at. I will definitely be back for...
