The beds are extremely comfortable unlike the beds at the major hotels so we were able to get rest well to recover from 13 hours flight. Unfortunately unlike other guests, we didn't get response from the owner quickly. We got a response 3 days after we checked out which was not a big deal anyway. "

"We were there for the cherry blossoms at Goryokaku Park, and this hotel was a convenient place to stay. It’s located right next to Hakodate Station, making it very easy to travel in and out of the city using public transportation. The hotel also offers complimentary toiletries, which you can pick up in the lobby area. The staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay."
