"What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. The buffet was very delicious. The onsen was heaven. We had our own tub on the balcony that was a dream. The shuttle stops frequently and can take you quite far, and can get you connected to the trains. They have free coffee and ice cream that my kids were obsessed with. Connected to a nice market and a water park. Breathtaking views!"

"The family room we had was perfect for the 5 of us ( 2 adults and 3 school age children). Very spacious. Loved the private hot tub. Loved the dinner buffet. And how can you not love the view. Highly recommend. "

"It’s a spa resort with a shuttle to/from the station and the doorway. Great staff & services. Gorgeous views and an amazing breakfast buffet and top notch restaurant for other meals. The onsen was public and worth going. You’re there to relax unwind and enjoy the views and surroundings. Well that ticked every box. Lovely!!"

"The perfect stay for us for a night. The onsens weee beautiful, both public and private. It wasn’t too busy, so most of the public ones even ended up being private anyway. They were also all tattoo friendly. The staff was so sweet and very friendly! You could tell it was an older hotel, so some of the areas could smell a tad musty, but it was a fantastic value for the price. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the zen room was a must visit. Definitely would stay again. "

"My hotel room here had a gorgeous view of the trees and neighboring hotels. I loved having the privacy of an outdoor onsen bath for my room. The dinner buffet offered a wide selection of Japanese and western choices. Would recommend and stay again in the future!"
