"Staff was extremely helpful. As soon as the taxi arrive at the entrance, staff was ready to greet us, help with the luggage, drinks, and check-in process They have a shuttle that pick people up from Odawara station and Gora station that we did not use. We did use it to get from hotel to Gora station ..."
