"I stayed at the Alpine Club in June with a friend. Contrary to the listing, there was no wireless internet anywhere on the property, no coffee/tea maker in the room, no laundry services, no iron or ironing board on request. While we were there there was also no hot water, when we wanted to bathe we would call for a bucket of hot water to be brought up to the room. "What we didnt like - strange smell in the rooms, staff pushing all the time to go for buffet meals, getting hot and spicy dishes despite explicitly stating "no chillies", garden was unkempt. Breakfast was decent, chet was quite apologetic about the faux pas with dinner and tried best to make amends."
