"Welcome was friendly and as we were early the team were able to secure our bags whilst we awaited our room to become available. The interior is great and has held many of the decorative features from the original building. Even though situated in a busy area our room on the first floor was quiet and we did not get any disturbance from outside. The room was clean and the small kitchenette area had everything we could have wanted if we were staying longer than out 3 days. The only issue we had is...

Bed was comfortable, shower good and the kitchen facilities whilst no oven were very useful. The shutters on the windows did look good, but let in quite a bit of light early in the mornings. "A comfy. well laid out apartment, It had everything needed beddings, towel etc. Good location 12-15 mins walk to the heart of the city centre. However, comms responses were poor except for the automated ones. I had no response to a question I emailed on night 1 over a 2-night stay.
