"I guess the problem is that I had some expectations based on the booking sight: appears as if there is an indoor jacuzzi and pool — but not operational. Walk in and see a clean lobby & signage indicating “Complimentary” Uber services to airport. Just request it. —uh, nope! “That is only for our exclusive reservation Packages.” I guess the word “complimentary” doesn’t mean the same thing here. I just let it go - “oh well, can’t expect too much…” Then I asked for housekeeping at 11am: forget about it if your Dnd was on the door at 10am. I was told to “calm down” when confused by this policy & did as requested. I am calm now. Still wonder why those pictures of the jacuzzi on the booking site ? What about that misleading sign about “complementary” airport service upon request? And why such draconian rules over housekeeping ? I can only deduce that it means a luxury at this hotel. Like the jacuzzi. And the airport drop off. “Exclusive” benefits unavailable for guests at this hotel. Stay at Springhill or Motel 6… I hear they leave the lights on for you. "

"The pictures on Expedia definitely do not tell the full description. There was a $20 security deposit not mentioned when i made the reservation. Our room was ok. The tub/shower was very jerry-rigged. A shower floor was installed on top of the tub. No mirror at the sink. It was om the opposite wall. The fridge was definitely second hand looking. And froze our drinks. We went to dinner our first night came back and our room smelled like someone had smoke a bunch of weed inside our room. We had to leave the door open for over an hour to air it out. And my spouse is deathly allergic to weed. And the tv is a roku tv but there was no roku remote so we had no tv and the wifi was terrible too. I dont like being negative about places. But this was worse than the Motel 6 i stayed at last month. "
