"This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and a lot of that was due to the incredible staff, who were all so unbelievably kind and professional, and committed to making your stay so special. The service was unmatched. As for the hotel itself, everything is so thoughtfully curated and as classy as it is cozy. Everywhere you look is something beautiful. Our room was something out of a storybook, super clean, really comfortable bed, nice shower. Could not recommend this place more....

"This is a lovely older property very close to old Brussels and Grand Place but not right in the middle of the crowds. It is very well maintained and has a calm atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. It is a short walk to the central station. The beautiful Galeries de St Hubert are almost across the street and there are many restaurants and waffle cafes. We would definitely recommend it."

My daughter really enjoyed the pool and our room had an nespresso with nice coffee. It’s in the perfect location, we were super close to everything but it was super quiet at night. "It’s a beautiful hotel however we were extremely disappointed when we turned the light on for the cleaning services and no one had cleaned our room at all. We had to ask for fresh towel upon our return from a night out around 1am. A response from the front desk was sorry maybe the light wasn’t working, when it was clearly on and green! On check out we were told we could leave our luggage on ground floor and pick them up whenever. When we came back 3 hours later the lady told us we have to go...
