"The hotel's design is nice and modern. Rooms are very clean. But the rooms are far from comfortable to stay in. There is no air conditioning in this very modern hotel. Also, there are hardly any electrical sockets in the room, and the ones that there are are in odd places, making it hard to charge and work with laptops."

Whenever I tried to explain an issue, I felt that I was immediately dismissed and even accused of being dishonest rather than being treated with respect and professionalism. "We were warmly welcomed by Sophia who was excellent in handling our check-in. We checked in bit late but nevertheless she was very helpful in giving us our keys very fast and guiding us to our room.
