Great view of the water (if you get a water view), great repurposing of a warehouse, and the location is good too. Robotic parking garage is very modern. Airplane like bathroom and shower suction plumbing is loud. Use of keypad entry codes for rooms is needlessly complicated. Access to lobby and parking is cumbersome.

The rooms are very nice, comfy and stylish. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is well appointed with a great shower. There wasn't air conditioning in my room which did make it a little warm but not unbearable. I would recommend to others

The view from the riverside room on the wnd floor was amazing. The room itself was kind of small. When other people are showering you hear the water being vacuumed away so it's very loud.

Simply too noisy

I stayed here because of the convenient location during a business event I was attending. Parking with a large car was impossible, I had to park in the nearby Holzhafen Parkhaus which was much better. Noise level within the building is terrible, noisiest room I have stayed in in years. They use some sort of vacuum drainage system for toilets, sink and shower, sounds like in an airplane. The problem is, you can hear it very well from adjacent rooms as well. People walking upstairs or in the hallways, sound like they are walking right next to you. Not a fan of carpets in general but honestly this hotel would need carpets to make the noise level acceptable. The room was modern and fairly clean, no complaints there. I don't think I would stay here again. Service was ok, not super friendly but not too bad either.

Nice hotel, great view from the River view room

Good Hotel, not so great area, witnessed a mugging and a woman with a needle hanging out of her arm on arrival to the area, living in London for the last 20 yrs I thought I was quite unshockable. Hotel not ideal to stay with luggage, lots of steps to carry your luggage up. Might be a lift in the car garage but no signs to send newly arriving guests in that direction. Check in good, bar didn’t seem to understand how their card machine worked but on reading the instructions booklet them managed. River side room was fantastic. The view over the river was incredible. Clean room. Very hot at night even with the fan but this can’t be helped. Very very very slippery floor in the room and even worse in the bathroom, do not stay if you have any problems with mobility, although with all the steps to get in anyone with reduced mobility wouldn’t be able to get in! I liked the vending machines. Some more lighting in the corridors would have been good or automatic lights. Otherwise I’d stay again, with my husband or a friend. Wouldn’t feel safe walking around alone.

Strange and bad

A modern hotel with the reception not at the entrance but you have to take the elevator up. The signage is not very clear so it was difficult to figure out where the reception is. Nothing in the description. Ok, small thing once you know. Next is parking which is advertised as available. I did get a parking space but it was very difficult to get someone to open the gate to the parking. The reception did not answer the phone. I had to park in a 15 minute space on the street, go up to reception who just said "Sorry, we're busy". It was a hassle. Finally, the outside area is a noisy port area and the windows don't close fully and let in all noises. Not coming back
