Working in the Messe, this hotel was very convenient with only a short walk through a beautiful park to reach the Halls. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast had a good and varied selection of hot and cold food. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Inter City Hotel Stay

Nice hotel

Nice hotel located next to planten un blumen park. We had a room on 11 floor with a great view over the park. Breakfast was ok but not more than that. There is no room where you Can sit with friends without buying anything. Staff was friendly and tried to explain themselves in english.

First time in Germany, great customer service staff spoke many languages-it was easy to communicate with staff. We flew in from California, spent a day riding the lime scooters going to most tourist attractions. We had a great time this location is also close to the db train station.

Hotel was clean and presentable. I had requested a double bed, but it was not provided. There was no hot water on the second morning, which was not great! Breakfast was a buffet and fine.

Hotel does not have a bar, restaurant or room serv

The hotels. Com website showed that the hotel had bar and limited hours room service but there was no bar and room service at all. The reception was asked for a wake up call but there was no wake up call as wall.,at the time of check out the girl at the reception asked for the charges for breakfast although it was already paid through the hotels.com. Bed and room was nice but service was bad
