Cozy and nostalgic haven in the middle of the town

Beautiful and unique hotel with an authentic B&B aesthetic, a cozy room with a comfy bed and very friendly service. The breakfast was also very tasty. The hotel is in an old house, so noise suppression is not the best, but that is something that just comes with the territory. Hämeenlinna is a pretty quiet town, so outside noises are not a problem. Heartily recommended as an alternative to more boring and conventional hotels.

Hot and loud

Noise from the street is very loud. The room was very hot despite the relatively cold summer night, so we had to keep the window open. I would not recommend taking a room without AC during the summer in this place.

Tunnelmallinen majatalo. Siisti ja hyvin rempattu. Hyvät sängyt ja tekstiilit, mutta pitkään ei kannata odottaa nukkuvansa, viereisen tien meteli herättää kyllä ennen kahdeksaa.

Ihana idyllinen vanha talo, hyvä vuode ja riittävä aamupala. Tietyö vaikeutti huomattavasti kulkemista kantamuksien kanssa. Pieni huone oli älyttömän kuuma näin helteellä, vaikka ikkuna oli auki ja tuuletin päällä koko yön. Hankkikaa viilennin tai ilmalämpöpumppu, koska ei pystynyt nukkumaan.

Yhden yön loma

Viihtyisä vanhantyylinen majatalo, joka oli sisustettu hyvällä maulla. Helteisenä aikana ilmastointi oli tarpeen ja toimi hyvin. Kohdalle osuneet katutyöt aiheuttivat vähän haasteita kulkemiseen ja meteliä aamulla, mutta eipä niistä hotellia voi syyttää - opastusta ja tiedottamista olisi toki voinut parantaa. Aamiainen viereisessä kahvilassa oli maukas, mutta melko suppea.
