The bathroom doors are sliders providing no privacy. Parking lots were a mess after snow. Only one person clearing the lot. No maid service. Coffee maker in room broken and never sent replacement after requested. Phone also broken in room. Way overpriced for what you get.

My boys and I had a great weekend at Whiteface Lodge. It's conveniently located to the local sites. When not seeing all the great things Lake Placid has to offer, we felt right at home at the lodge.
