"When the heat ran it was so noisy that it interrupted sleep. For lack of better words, it sounded like a truck. Never heard anything like that before. Other than that. I have nothing but praise"

"Very friendly staff, loved he layout of a seperated bedroom from the living room, and great free breakfast options. Was turned off when we found a large bug in the room, but staff was very quick and efficient in getting it handled immediately. The front door deadbolt didn't lock other than the clip lock. Pool was foggy, which scared us from usong it. The TVs wouldn't turn on or off easily and the phone didn't work. Otherwise it was a great stay. "

The bed was the absolute worst. We didn’t sleep at all. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. Mattress was worn out and thin. "

There’s piles of dog crap because people don’t know how to clean up after their dog. No blow dryer. The room definitely does not look like the picture. "Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. "
