"Waaay too big for the facilities and services it offers. Has only two restaurants to cater the entire huge hotel so be prepared to wait. Gym/spa is packed and the lockers thus often quite dirty. The room service does not exist and you have to ask for towels explicitly which is odd for a spa. Equally ..."
