"Absolutely, exceeded expectation "

"The hotel is located in a cool part of town, it’s very vintage in feel, built in the 60’s but well maintained. Located near restaurants and close to Kauai museum and other points of interest. would work for a couple of days, pretty small for 2 people for any length of time.very nice staff named Reni (sp?)"

"Maintenance at our bungalow was lacking. Staff knew of issues but yet management put us in room knowing of issues. Shame on Hilton."

"The staff was extremely rude. There was a cockroach found in our room. I reported the staff member who was rude to me to the manager. All he said was that they will make sure he goes back into training. Then he offered me $120 dining credit. The staff member was so rude to my boys and me that we didn’t even feel comfortable going into the lobby or dealing with the concierge. We will never stay at the Sheraton or a Marriott hotel again."
