"A lovely stay. If parking lot was full, there was close parking by the park. Staff was helpful and friendly. There was a fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby near coffee."

"Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. "

"The lobby common areas were nice as they were recently updated. The cottage we rented was nice for privacy, but furniture was old and worn. Some had stains. Repairs on wall and around AC unit was not very good. "

"1 Hotel Hanalei Bay is the most spectacular hotel I have ever stayed at. From the views, to the staff, to the amenities, everything is top notch. I would 100% recommend everyone stay here."

"The ground floor unit was lovely! It was as described, kitchen had everything you needed, appliances were newer, clean throughout. Bed was a king size and comfortable. We didn’t have a view of the ocean, but wasn’t a far walk to sit and enjoy the fabulous view this complex had. Pool was nice. The landscaping was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. We recommend! "

"The Cliffs is a great condo style resort in Princeville. The condo has all the amenities that you need to cook your own meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. No on site restaurants, but they have a breakfast/coffee truck and a food truck each night for dinner. "

"Well the property is under construction which we weren’t aware of upon our stay. The hot tub and part of the pool were closed off. An entire floor was closed to contractors being present during the day so it was hard to get from to pool and to lobby. The room itself was also dirty and only one working elevator made timing issues."

"This was a really nice place to land. Bed comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. It is a condo-like place with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable. Good location. "

"Lots of poolside chairs but we were there in low season. Paid for upgraded room and deeply regret. Even requested a quiet room and was blown away by music in their luau pavilion. Hotel makes money hosting concerts but doesn’t consider noise pollution and lack of parking for their paying hotel guests. "
