"Breakfast was acceptable. Not a typical “American” or “English” style, but sufficient. Staff was great. This location is about 30 mins by taxi from inner city. No optimal for travelers who are sightseeing in the city. Taxi will be about $30-$40 usd to get down town. However the taxis are efficient and quicker than any other form. Rooms are great! Bed and AC work well. Shower and bathroom is excellent and clean. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are in the shower. Other free personal hygiene...

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. Hotel staff greeted me on arrival and assisted me with the check-in machine. I had a nice view of the airplanes outside but the room was surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of amenities, and the room was a very nice size. For what was planned as a functional part of my trip due to an early morning flight, it was very enjoyable and a highlight of my trip."

"We booked this hotel for a quick afternoon layover before a midnight flight from Haneda, thinking the $105 price and "free shuttle" made it a perfect choice. Unfortunately, the logistics were a headache. ​When we arrived at noon and inquired about a pickup, the response was slow, only to eventually find out the shuttle service is incredibly limited—it only runs from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM. "Airport shuttle and breakfast was not available. But it was showing both included when I booked hotel. So I paid extra for both $ 21+20=$41.00. Also I paid $35 extra for early check in and check out. JAL hotel should give flexible check ins because customers check in depends on flight arrival time. I guess JAL serves mostly airports customers. I travel lots South Asia and Europe last 20 years but never have issue like this. Otherwise I was good. Thanks"

"This was our second time staying here on this trip. We stayed here when we first arrived in Japan and were able to leave our luggage here while we made a 4 day trip up north. It was nice to come back and have our luggage in our room waiting for us. Overall a good stay."
