Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was amazing! The room was excellent, the location is perfect from the train station that connects you to pretty much anywhere in the Tokyo/Yokohama area. I cant say enough about how great this place was to stay in. Strongly recommend it!

Hotel was very clean and the room was spacious enough. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Laundry room was clean and convenient as you can see washing machine availability on the room TV. Location is very convenient within walking distance from the JR station. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We also used the laundry facilities which was well maintained and quite a relief for us when we have been traveling in summer. The hotel is very close to the train stations. If one needs a convenient place to stay prior to catching a flight, this hotel is for sure a good choice.
