"This has become my go to brand of hotels when visiting Japan. The staff is always incredibly friendly, the prices reasonable and rooms always clean. The hotel was located right near some great sightseeing spots and near the Bashamichi train station. It was only a 30-40 minute train ride to Tokyo and 10 minutes to downtown Yokohama. The neighborhood is quiet with everything you could need before going out for the day."
"The staff are very helpful, the room is spacious and clean and all the toiletries that you need are there and also the best part of our stay is the buffet breakfast, we really enjoyed it."
"Easy access to train station and close to cafes and restaurants. Walkable to a lot of shopping areas.
Because it was close to the train station, it was easy to get to a lot of landmarks.
Staff were professional and were helpful. They answered all of my questions about luggage delivery service. Which is a plus to be able to drop off at the lobby for delivery to your next location."
