"As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. "My home away home. Convenient location easy access to Haneda Airport. I have tried most of the room types. Rooms with courtyard view have a washing machine and microwave. I like having separate room for shower booth and toilet in these rooms and communal bath is always clean."

"Great location near train station. Kind of a funky set up, but easy to get in and out. Rooms were great with separation for master bedroom and the space where the kids slept. Living room is small, no dining table. But, didn't matter. Plenty of places to grab food closeby. Would definitely stay there again."

"駅から近く、適正価格で、よく管理されたお部屋に滞在できるので、近隣で用事がある際には利用しています。空調が温度のみの設定なので、この時期は冷房・暖房が選べないのが少し不便です。タオル・ゴミ箱交換のみのエコ清掃はとても良いのですが、浴槽が汚れやすいので、浴室清掃あり・シーツ交換なしのプランがあればいいなと思いました。アメニティなども充実していて助かっています。また泊まります。"
