Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. Biggest disadvantage is that you are pretty far out from the city - so that would cost time and money on rides. And of course- you are mainly going to order food in the hotel area which is always annoying. Even though it is pretty far and quieter than in town - you still hear noises like cars and people (stuff) walking and talking - at least in the room I had facing the pool side. They have a golf course just 1 min walk away so I guess that’s good if you play golf. The staff are very nice and respectful. Breakfast is ok, not great (the cheese plater needs to be bigger). Again overall it’s a good stay - and the difference between a good choice and could do better elsewhere - really depends what the price for the room. I think 110 usd (including tax) per night is a bit borderline.

It’s a fairly basic quality hotel. Not really set up for holiday makers but great for golfers. The swimming pool is great but does not have enough loungers to sunbathe Because it’s such a low capacity the breakfast is fairly basic compared to other Thai hotels and order only. No buffet Restaurants are all at the golf club apart from the on site Italian. The main restaurant at the golf club has an amazing variety of food Bar is cozy and fun

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but the surroundings are decent. The bathroom design is not very user-friendly, and some details could be improved. The breakfast selection is limited, and the taste is average.

Nice place to having holiday

Kind great staffs, tidy cozy room, delicious not saulty food, greenish peaceful atmosphere. They have several shuttle service so that I could get access to the old town in time easily. Staffs provided a surprising birthday cake for me. It was an unforgetable memory! The hotel also has golf fields(1 minute distance) which is quiet challenging. One thing: You can not avoid from the air plane noise. Could bother you if you mind it.

I travel all over the world and this hotel has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful, delightful to deal with, and will go out of their way to help you. The grounds are great, food was great, very quiet atmosphere. It was such a relaxing stay. I can not recommend this hotel more. Awful!

I have been to Thailand over 20 times now and this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Nothing about this hotel was 5 star except the prices they charged for food, drinks and the spa. I thought I'd have a relaxing weekend outside of Chiang Mai but this hotel did not provide what I desired AT ALL. Customer service was APPALLING, especially for Thailand, where service is so good. Every material from the decorative pillows in the bedroom to the blow dryers to the treadmills in the gym was CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP. I use hotels.com all of the time and usually find them quite accurate but this property was just terrible! I would never recommend it to anyone. AVOID.

Marvelous place with an amazing pool & views of the golf course. Only negative was there was not a big buffet breakfast. Still a good breakfast & we received a menu w/many options. I would stay here again & next time I’m bringing my golf clubs!
