"The reception staff, especially Mai Tram and Thanh, were very courteous, professional and helpful. The room, though small, was very functional. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."

"The hotel was in a great location, the pool was closed due to it been off season but either way the hotel was clean, well equipped and the staff couldn’t have been for friendly and welcoming. they helped plan our h long bay day trip and we’re so accommodating with breakfast for us ready for the early trip. Overall great and well worth the money paid for. "

"We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay."
