"Organized a late check out with the front desk. Returned to my room prior to check out. Staff had cleared all the luggage from my room....placed all in plastic bags, including my passport and put in lost and found. Even ate my unopened snacks . Beyond unprofessional!"

"Hotel is perfect if you want to stay at the airport; it is next to terminal 1 and 2 entrance. 5 minute walk through the terminal from rental car return. Linen and bathroom was very clean. Restaurant was fine and spacious. Would definitely stay here again, convenient and stress free."
