Good location, nice room

Located 1 mile from the Metro station and there are several bus stops within a couple of blocks. Several restaurants nearby (try the roasted goose restaurant across Quinchun Avenue. Walking distance to Heifang Street. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff DOES NOT speak English, but will use online translator to help you. Breakfast not included.

Helt utan intresse av internationella gäster

Hotellets läge är helt ok, ca 15 minuters promenad från Västra sjön. Det finns små butiker nere på gatan där vi t ex köpte frukost och det var vi tvungna att göra eftersom personalen vägrade försöka kommunicera med oss. Vi hade bokat ett familjerum (2 vuxna och 2 barn). Enligt informationen på hotels.com skulle alla rum ha minibar och gratis WIFI. Frukost skulle också finnas att köpa till, men vi tänkte att med ett litet kylskåp kan vi klara oss själva. När vi kom fram visade det sig att INGEN (och då menar ingen) på hotellet pratade engelska och all skriftlig information var på kinesiska. Någon minibar fanns inte på rummet och de skrattade bara åt oss när vi försökte påtala detta. WIFI fanns, men vi kunde inte koppla upp oss. Efter många försök att få hjälp i receptionen släpade jag (under protest) med en ur personalen upp på rummet. Där ringde han upp en person som talade bruten engelska som förklarade att man måste ha ett kinesiskt mobilnummer för att kunna logga in på WIFIet. Det hade inte vi, så vi fick skylla oss själva. Jag behövde också ta mig till och från ett konferenscentrum några av dagarna, och personalen vägrade hjälpa mig att boka taxi, så det fick jag vinka till mig själv på gatan utanför. Det var dock livlig trafik, så jag behövde sällan vänta mer än 5 min, men den totala bristen på hjälpsamhet var nedslående. Det var dessutom skrik och bråk i korridoren på kvällarna, men jag orkade inte ens försöka förklara i receptionen...

コストパフォーマンスが良いです

今の杭州のホテルの価格帯から考えると、多少アメニティやレイアウトなどで不便もありますが、この立地でこのくらい綺麗なら安いと思います。 河坊街、四季青は目の前のバス停から行けます。 西湖は大通りのバス停からか、歩いても行けます。 東駅や武林広場からなら、地下鉄一号線の風起路が近いと思います。空港からならタクシーで100〜120元くらいでしょうか。ご参考になれば。

Not strategic location and Limited Wifi access

Hotel is not located near West Lake . A distance from many tourist attractions. Security staff at the frontdesk were actively and repeatedly promoting local tours and transportation services to us. Limited Wifi access at Lobby and Room if you do not have a local handphone number.

價格不算貴，清潔狀況也還好。服務人員的態度有待加強，櫃檯小姐居然會當客人面前斥罵新進人員，還摔東西，太誇張了。

星数の割にはきれいなホテルでした

客室はきれいでカビ臭くなく、気持ちよく滞在できました。 地下鉄の駅からほぼ一本道７分程度で、立地もよかったです。

good value in Hangzhou

Made a last-minute decision to go to Hangzhou from Shanghai when a friend was in town, and found this hotel at a good location (near West Lake and the metro) and at a very good price ($37/night). This hotel has seen better days, but it was totally acceptable for a short stay. The room was large and the bed clean. There is virtually no English spoken at the hotel, and the attitude of the reception was not warm. However, I recommend this place because of its price, and because it is so conveniently located.
