"The staff at check in wasn’t particularly helpful. The whole check in lasted about 2 minutes and we weren’t given any information about breakfast or anything else.

"We are from the US and were expecting an attendant to check us in. Once we understood the automated process, we were OK. By US standards, the hotel room was very small and spartan, but clean. Only five TV channels, all in Danish. Only a couple towels. Two of the tiniest beds I've ever seen.
