Great apartment. Great service. Happy punter.

The apartment was super clean and the host/manager very efficient and friendly. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. It had everything we needed and was basically perfect. One suggestion I might make is that there is a fan in there for when the temperature outside is very high - as it was the evening we stayed. If the day has seen 30 degrees plus, then that's what you'll feel in the bedroom as you lie down to rest your weary head - a testament to great German construction and insulation smarts, no doubt. However, a fan would be helpful to those future guests who like to sleep in slightly cooler environs, I reckon.

We used this as a stopover between Netherlands and Berlin. Highly recommend. Very comfortable and convenient. Only difficulty for us was the humidity and heat without aircon or a fan in.this upstairs apartment.

No es un hotel , es un departamento de alquiler.

Mi experiencia en principio fué horrible. Llegue a la dirección que te dá expedia y solo habían pisos, ni un cartel que dijera hotel o Departamentos Donau. El teléfono que te dá expedia no es el del dueño del apartamento. Al final pedí ayuda en un bar de la esquina de la calle y ellos me consiguieron el teléfono del dueño. El sitio es pasable y limpio , el barrio no es de lo mejor.

Modernisierte Wohnung außerhalb der Stadt

Das Haus, in dem sich das „Appartement“ befindet lädt nicht gerade zu einem Aufenthalt ein. Das Appartement ist eine Wohnung in einem mehrstöckigen Wohnhaus. Die Wohnung an sich ist modernisiert worden und hat alles, was man benötigt. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, Bad & komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren nur für ein Wochenende da und es war völlig ausreichend. Zimmer sind schön gemacht und beide mit Smart TV ausgestattet. Check in etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und ich hatte anfangs Schwierigkeiten jemanden zu erreichen, das hat sich zum Wochenende aber geklärt. Gegend nicht so toll und man sollte mobil sein, ansonsten ist die Preis-Leistung optimal. Für ein Wochenende würde ich es nochmal buchen

Super Preis-Leistung

Großes Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern mit jeweils zwei 1,20m Betten und Fernseher. Es hat alles super geklappt, war sauber und ordentlich. Wer eine günstige Wohnung sucht und gewillt ist mit dem auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu fahren, hat hier eine sehr gute Wohnung.
