Absolutely first class hotel! Staff wonderful and can’t do enough. Quin is the go to for all tours you may want to arrange and is super helpful. Rooms are fantastic and the atmosphere at the rooftop bar is amazing as are the bar team up there. We stayed twice during our visits to Hanoi and the balcony room on our second stay was a class above. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and food is delicious.

We stayed here for 7 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel. The room is pretty clean and is walking distance to a lot of iconic places and points of interest. This place is truly a 5 star Boutique Hotel. Every single staff is very polite, courteous, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is gorgeous & our room was fantastic! The hotel is within walking distance to the lake, the night market, great restaurants & bars, and shopping. But what truly made the stay great was the staff. Everyone was warm & friendly, and eager to help. This is a 5 star hotel. Excellent staff. Good taste room albeit small. The staff went out of their way to give us breakfast boxes as we left early for Sapa. They have a private sauna, steam room for guests. Highly recommended.
