In the heart of the French Quarter, this is a great place to explore the local scene. The hotel staff was excellent, they were not only incredibly helpful they were also very kind to our young sons. The location, breakfast, cleanliness, and exceptional staff helped make our trip to Hanoi a wonderful experience!

Great centrally located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations and the spa in the hotel was well priced. We had some fantastic massages! Breakfast was very good with lots of variation, and their rooms were surprisingly quiet despite the busyness and noise of the surrounding area. Will stay here again!

The staff was wonderful and my kids are still talking about the breakfast buffet. It was nice and quiet, even though it’s located in the middle of the Old Quarter, which was great. We loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Located in a central part of Hanoi this Hotel offers a good standard of value and comfort. I spent two nights here following an off road motorcycle trip and so took advantage of the laundry service and an opportunity to get some good sleep. I was not disappointed, very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of food. Overall a good choice if you need to be in central Hanoi.

Comfortable Bedrooms in Old Quarter

Lovely hotel in central location with the friendliest and helpful staff. Super comfy rooms, spotlessly clean. Breakfast more than ample to set you up for the day. Think they could drop the word garden as there is not one, however no big deal just confusing. Didn’t use Spa so cant comment on that. Definitely recommend 👌

The property was located in the old quarter and was convenient for walking around. Many small restaurants and cafes around. I never needed a vehicle to get around and was able to visit many locations. The hotel was quiet and staff very pleasant.

My room was comfortable and considering the hotel's location in the Old Quarter, very quiet. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter, with many cafés, restaurants, shops and markets in easy walking distance.The staff were wonderful; they were attentive and helpful and a great source of recommendations for day trips, restaurants and amenities.

Room is spacious but needs more cleaning to be done. The hotel is very close to the weekend night market. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops are near by. Hotel staffs Chloe, Ben, Lucky and night time receptionists are nice and very helpful. They even provide services to arrange tours, cruise and airport transportations for hotel guests.

The hotel is located at the heart of the Old Quarter, ideally situated for easy access to major sights and great restaurants, either by walking or using Grab. Our room was clean, spacious and remarkably quiet at night. Breakfast selection was quite decent. The staff at the hotel truly made our stay exceptional. Ms. Annie at the reception deserves a special mention; her English was impeccable, and she went above and beyond with her helpful recommendations and seamless arrangements for our day trip to Ninh Binh (more on that below). Mr. Henry consistently greeted with a friendly smile, opened doors for us and was always on hand to assist whenever needed. Mr. Truc was our private driver for our journey to Ninh Binh. He was very professional, drove with utmost care even in heavy rain, which gave us complete peace of mind. His suggestion for a sightseeing route worked out perfectly, allowing us to maximize our time and experience the beauty of Ninh Binh. Please consider adding this to your itinerary if you have time!

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We arrived very late and the room was so hot and humid. It would have helped if they anticipated are needs and had our rooms cooled before we checked in. It took a while for the A/C to cool the whole room. Breakfast could be better. There wasn’t much choice and it’s very basic. All in all it offered great value for a short night’s sleep.

Nice hotel. Good location. Good breakfast. Be careful of what room they give you. Our room had one window that opened to a brick wall with no air from outside. There was no airflow at all. We stayed 3 nights and by the time we left every piece of clothing we owned was damp. Everything was constantly wet and the room smelled like wet dog.
