Had a great stay here! Room is basic but clean, new, and match the description picture, got a nice balcony with view to the road/park. Location is great and staff are nice and friendly. They're older generation so not too much English spoken but very pleasant and helpful with whatever you need. I think the value is great! Would definitely stay again.

It seems they are adding to this place to make it better over time. I liked the hotel, and the staff were professional and friendly. There was very little spoken English, but it was not a problem for me.

City center that was good for business trip. This hotel is new, clean. Room has view and windows that opposite of Thong Nhat park with walking street nearby. They got awesome service when offering free mini bar at room including soft drinks, snacks and noodles.

Good location that near the park, walking street in the weekend and Hoan Kiem lake. It is suitable for my trip as near Vincom Ba Trieu. Friendly staff, the car park nearby. Specially, they gave us free snacks, soft drinks and instant noodles at room. There are many shops and convenient stores around. New hotel that good for you.

Friendly sfaff, this is new hotel so the service is great. I can use mini bar free at my room. Location is in the center that very convenient for every businesstrip or tourism. It takes 3 km to Hoan Kiem Lake and near the park. In the weekend, i can walk to the park in the walking street with many fairs. Room has big window and be beautiful.

Spacious room with comfortable bed

Comfortable bed and room is spacious; location wise may not be suitable for a tourist that doesn’t speak Vietnamese since the area is away from the tourist attractions. There is also a karaoke establishment nearby that could get loud at night time. There isn’t anything that the hotel staff can do about it since the karaoke is another business (not part of the hotel).

It was "my bad" that I left a some what not an excellent review when checked in due to an elevator not working and the hotel gave me a different roon. The manager corrected it and got me the room I booked for. EXCELLENT services. Staff was great. Everything was good. Price was very decent. I would request a revision of my check-in review. I would stay here again the next time I am in Hà Nội.
