到着したら　ホテルの名前が変更になっておりました。2週間前に変更になり　以前の予約は　すべてCXしてありますとのことでした。　フロントがマネージャーと連絡を取り　何とか宿泊できましたが、お宅様から　何の連絡もなく　帰国して（13日）チェックした所　まだ掲載しているので　貴社に電話を入れました。英語のできない日本人が　大変迷惑をしてます。　今後　貴社を使うのを考えてしまいます。

L’hôtel est bien situé, au centre de la ville. L’hôtel n est pas top,manque un peu d’hygiène, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre: bien sur 19€/nuit pas chère. Rapport qualité prix très moyen.

Booked on line and hotel did not live up to on line information. This building is tired and needs work espically in bathrooms. On the positive side the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and room was clean. Good location for walking to great food and sites. With so many other hotel in same area I would not likely return here to stay again .

Terrible hotel

I booked this hotel with payment. They have already fully booked when I checked in this hotel. Then they prepare to us substitute hotel which is licational terrible and dirty room.

Exceptional customer service

I enjoyed staying at Thaison Palace Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, The hotel staff was fantastic.Special thank you to Thao and Ngoaw. The ladies are receptionists at Thaison Palace Hotel. They copied and printed documents for me, arranged transportation to the embassay etc..Great ladies.

가성비가 너무 좋은 곳

우선 가격대비 성능이 너무 좋습니다. 3인실인었는데 1박기준 28달러 정도로 저렴해요 호안끼엠 호수까지 걸어서 5분도 안걸릴정도로 여행자 거리랑도 가깝구요. 다만 화장실이 너무 작아서 큰일볼때 조금 불편했어요ㅋㅋ 그외엔 다 만족

숙박시설은 가격에 비에 노멀합니다 일 2만3천원에 묵었는데 이 가격에 특별한 불만사항을 가질 건 없다고 봅니다 대신 가격이 싸다보니 다른 건 기대해선 안됩니다 호텔이 생각보다 노후화 되어 있고 소음이 상당합니다 그 가격에서는 보통이라 생각합니다

料金並みのホテルでした。

町中で便利だが、古いホテルなので部屋は狭いし騒音が気になる。シャワー室は狭い。低価格ホテルなので仕方ないですね。 納得です。

The hotel staffs are friendly and accomodating. They even upgraded to deluxe superior room for free. The location is very strategic close to major town and lake. Services were excellent. WIll highly recommend this hotel to all tourists. No dissapointment guaranteed.

Great location! Great staff!

We were traveling as a group of friends and we had a fantastic stay here! The reception staff were EXTREMELY helpful and wonderful. They definitely made our stay even better! We would definitely recommend this place for the location and value.

No breakfast included. The advertised discount is misleading as the regular price is highly inflated. That's my only complaint.

Never go to this hotel

Dear travellers, if you plan to visit the capital of Vietnam, try to find a different hotel than Thaison Palace, just to decrease a chance to spoil your holiday. However, if you are there, I would make some recommendations: 1) Never book tours/excursions through the hotel. They will agree upon one thing and then downgrade you without any notice, so you will get a cheep crap for a price of something good; 2) Be aware that if you book airport pick up, they simply may not show up at all. Just take a taxi, there is a flat rate of $18 to the city center. 3) the staff is really friendly, but you never know how they try to cheat you. Don't get into the "relationship" trap. They don't care about you and the only thing they need is your money.

12 days in Hanoi

We passed a wonderful time in this hostel. Our room was great and contained all what we needed. Moreover the staff is always very kind and have a very good english. I would recommend this hostel to everyone who want to enjoy a trip in Hanoi.

Beautiful hotel and great service

We were hapy during the time stay at this hotel and felt totally satisfied with the service, room, location and especially staff. They were kind, friendly and helpful. The manager Hien helped me to book Halong Bay cruise on Rosa and it was a good boat.
