"The breakfast was great. The two ladies that work that area doa fantastic job. Room was nice & clean. Check in & out were a breeze."

"Ripped blankets and sheets, sheets had blood on them as if they didn’t even wash them…there was a woman sitting in the lobby with no shoes on just hanging out wait for the desk person to get off work. The tv remote didn’t work."

"Breakfast was good. Room was nice and updated. They are in a transition to a LaQuinta so boxes and crates everwhere. Pool is drained/closed at this time also 5/8/2026"

"The stay was fine overall. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection of items. The coffee was fantastic! Would stay again…. Very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon. The town of Canyon has good restaurants and is charming. This property is older and could do with some maintenance upgrades."

"The room itself was fine. Bed was comfortable. Shower had lots of pressure. The room had new bedding when we arrived, but the room was filthy. Other people’s facial shavings in the sink , bowel movements in the toilet , floors were covered in dirt , fixtures covered in dust. Wi-Fi did not work. says they’re vending machines that they did not. Has affordable washer and dryer. Good enough for the money I suppose. Just bring cleaning supplies."

"Booked at this hotel 100% because of the hot tub and pool; both were not available. Because we didn’t book directly with the hotel, we couldn’t cancel or get any consideration. Very frustrating. Good breakfast and clean room."
