"Except for one guy, Jason, I believe, older, beard,..rude, condescending and cold..faked concern. Everyone else was great, loving and friendly. 5 stars for the rest of the staff. The couch bed was terrible, rusted and squeaky. Couldnt sleep on it. My daughter left a day early because she couldnt use the bed. I still haven't recieved my deposit back.
