"The hotel staff are very friendly and caring. They speak good English and were genuinely interested in making the guests' stay pleasant and also providing information about the city. We did have a issue with the wrong room type when checking in, but the kind lady from the reception checked it for us and apologised for the mistake. "The staff at the guesthouse were wonderful and very accommodating. The food was wonderful—vegetables and eggs from its own property. The guesthouse is located on the edge of Jericho and it was so peaceful there. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed and inviting environment. "
