"Room floor was dirty, after wiping up a spill of water in the main guest room, the towel I used to wipe up the water was pretty appalling. Grout in the bathroom was pretty dingy, disappointing for a $500/night room.
We called to request additional coffee and toilet paper for the next morning and it never arrived, we eventually just went to lobby to get it ourselves.
Over the weekend, I did catch the really bad flu/bronchitis bug that has been going around. Not saying I caught it at the hotel...

"Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing."

"Been coming to St. Pete Beach for 30 years! Favorite place we have ever stayed! Super clean, close to beach, great pool, rooms wonderful, walking distance to many restaurants and bars too! Matthew the owner was present and so pleasant! He went over and beyond to be sure everything was wonderful! We will do a hotel takeover and bring family and friends soon!! And Matthew is a Buckeye too!! Go Bucks!!

"Very nice hotel. It is not on the beach. They have a golf cart that will shuttle you to beach. They need another cart or two to better accommodate guests
Staff was great. Room clean and quality linens. On site restaurant are very good.
Bathroom was open to bedroom. Privacy screen would be nice. I would go back. Beach in area is very good. And plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Rooftop bar was nice too"
