"Beautiful property. Lovely beach. You gave to pay for the chairs/ umbrella in the beach, mini golf and jet ski at the pool area. Room was beautiful. It can be a challenge to get in early as check-in is 3 pm. They did accommodate us, thankfully. Our room was great with a view and balcony and we would definitely stay again longer. We only did it for one night before our cruise but it was a perfect afternoon on the beach and we couldn’t even use all the amenities available since we stayed so briefly. Very nice option if you have a few days."

"The elevators were broken and we were on the 4th floor with 2 children and had to go up and down several times to get luggage down"

"We got in at 230pm was told the room was not ready and I’d receive a call when ready, by 6pm we went to check the status and was told they forgot to call and the room “been” ready, NOW the room!!!! We weren’t given directions on how to get to the room, another guest helped us through the maze to find our room! There in one lamp no additional WORKING lightning, the toilet was extremely loose and wobbled when in use, the stand up shower turned into a tub being the water took 30mins or more to drain, no towel hooks in the bathroom. The iron shot out sand al over my clothes , water NEVER hot . …Staff was very nice and professional, the beach area is nice. The burger at the bar was very good. "

"bad experience getting checked into the hotel, i was so unaware about parking being $30 a day?!? like okay cool. then the balcony definitely needed some cleaning "

"Arrived late for check in. Informed the room I reserved 6 months prior was not available. Nothing done to rectify the situation that night. Have away all the 2 queen rooms that day before we arrived even though that is what I reserved). No bottled in room (Hilton honors member). No dry/clean towels at pool. "
